Abstract JewelryCostDee workflow from materials to design cost and selling price
Temporary 16:9 artwork — real app screenshots will replace it before launch.

A short first-value path

From a material purchase to cost per piece in three steps.

Use the quantities and units you actually buy and use. The app does not invent a mass-to-volume conversion without your rule.

1

Save a material

Enter purchase price, purchased quantity, unit, category, supplier, and an optional app-owned image.

2

Build a design

Select materials and usage quantities, then add labor, other cost, and the number of pieces produced.

3

Review cost and price

See cost per piece, selling price, profit, and margin before saving or comparing sales channels.

Tools for solo makers and small teams

Keep changing costs connected to the work they affect.

01

Materials and price history

Keep material details, see where each item is used, and review the impact of a price change on affected designs.

02

Design costing

Combine materials, labor, other cost, and yield through one canonical calculation used throughout the app.

03

Sales-channel comparison

Model fees, discounts, shipping revenue, and selling costs to compare estimated profit for one item.

04

Duplicate and archive

Reuse a design safely, archive work you no longer sell, and return to recent activity without losing the record.

05

Complete backup

Export core records and app-owned images in one package, then choose a user-controlled storage provider.

06

Local-first work

No account is required for the core workflow. The current app source includes no advertising or analytics SDK.

Real app artwork is next

Landscape frames keep the page compact on phone and desktop.

These 16:9 placeholders follow the QDEE landing standard. Real app imagery can replace them without changing the page structure.

Start free

Free for organizing your first costs.

Save up to 25 material slots and 5 design slots. Archiving does not free a slot; a safe hard delete may free one.

One-time Store purchase

Pro Lifetime for a growing catalog.

Remove the Free material and design slot limits. Google Play and App Store entitlements remain platform-specific, and each Store displays the actual localized price.

Intentional boundaries

Costing decision support, not an entire back office.

What JewelryCostDee does

Tracks materials, calculates design cost, supports pricing, and compares estimated profit using the sales-channel rules you enter.

What it does not do

It is not a POS, accounting or tax service, CRM, payment processor, marketplace sync, or live precious-metal price feed.

Your business data stays under your control

Local-first with no account required.

Materials, designs, sales channels, and app-owned images are kept in the app's device storage. A backup leaves the app only when you export it and choose a destination.
