Data-safety rule: reaching a limit or losing an entitlement must never delete existing records or block reading, export or backup. The app will not hold shop data hostage.

What Grooming Memory does
It keeps pet profiles, safety notes, blueprints, completed history, historical prices, photos, corrections and an external backup.
What the first version does not do
No online booking, calendar, payment collection, POS, inventory, accounting, tax, cloud sync or multi-branch system.
Privacy and support
Shop data leaves the device only when you choose.
The current build needs no account, does not sync customer content to a Grooming Memory cloud, and has no advertising or analytics SDK configured. Photos and backup ZIPs are shared only through a user-initiated system flow.
