These terms describe your use of BakeCostDee, a tool for bakery recipe costing, selling-price review, and small-shop cake quotes.
What the app does
BakeCostDee organises the information you enter and calculates results from your recipes, prices, quantities, yields, and costs. It is not a bookkeeping, tax, full inventory, order-management, or payment-collection system.
Results depend on the information you enter. The calculations and displays are decision-support tools, not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. BakeCostDee does not guarantee a profit, a sale, or any particular selling price.
Your responsibilities
- Check actual purchase prices, quantities, units, yield, labor, overhead, and selling price before using a result.
- Keep backups in a destination you control and review the data after every import.
- Review each quote and customer-facing message before sending it, including rush work, delivery, and selling terms.
- Follow the laws, tax rules, and business requirements that apply where you operate.
Prices, currency, and results
Sample prices in the app are starting examples, not live market prices. Replace them with your actual purchase prices. Business-currency selection controls display and does not perform automatic foreign-exchange conversion. Pro Lifetime pricing is shown by Apple App Store or Google Play for your region.
Pro Lifetime purchase
Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment, refunds, cancellations, and purchase terms are governed by the Store you use. BakeCostDee does not operate a payment processor or receipt server.
Local data and sharing
Core recipe and business data is stored in app-owned storage on your device. Backup, copy, and Share Sheet actions happen when you choose them. Check the recipient and destination before sending data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Changes and contact
We may update the app or these terms as features and legal requirements change. The date on this page identifies the latest version. Questions can be sent to nerubians@gmail.com.
