Privacy Policy

In short: MomentPick performs its core video and photo processing on your device, requires no account, and does not upload your videos or frames to a developer server for analysis.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the MomentPick app for iPhone and iPad and to the public MomentPick pages on qdee.app. The website has no account registration or media-upload form, and the MomentPick pages do not install analytics or advertising.
2. Data handled on your device
After you choose a video, the app may keep the selected video copy, extracted frames and previews, selected results, timestamps, save status, language, current workspace, and free-workspace ledger in persistent app storage. This information supports analysis, presentation, safe resume, allowance integrity, and saving photos you confirm.
MomentPick does not require a pet name, user profile, QDEE account, or GPS location for its core workflow.
3. Video and photo analysis
Core photo selection runs on the device. The app does not send videos, frames, faces, filenames, source fingerprints, or location data to a developer server for analysis. MomentPick has no developer-operated cloud AI service for this workflow.
4. Photos, iCloud, and user-selected files
- The app uses the system media picker for one video. Apple may download the original from iCloud according to your Apple settings and confirmation.
- When you save, the app requests the access needed to add the confirmed JPEG SDR output to Photos.
- Photos may sync through iCloud Photos under your Apple account settings. That is an Apple service, not an upload to a MomentPick server.
- MomentPick does not automatically delete the source video or photos already saved in Photos.
5. Free use and Pro Lifetime
The free-workspace ledger is stored on device to enforce the starter allowance durably. Pro Lifetime purchase and restore use Apple StoreKit. The app reads Apple-verified entitlements and may need internet access to purchase or synchronize access.
MomentPick does not ask for or store your Apple Account password or payment-card information. The developer does not receive card details from Apple. Store account and purchase history are governed by Apple's policies. Restoring a purchase does not restore a local video or workspace.
6. Retention and deletion
The current workspace stays inside app storage until you replace or clear it, or delete the app. Deleting the app removes data in its app container but does not delete photos already saved to Photos. Apple controls App Store purchase history.
Because MomentPick has no user account or developer-hosted media library, the developer has no central video or frame collection to delete on your behalf. To remove local data, use the available in-app action or delete the app after checking that the photos you want are safely present in Photos.
7. Support and information you choose to send
If you contact support by email or LINE, the message and any attachment you choose to send pass through that provider. Do not send private videos, identifiable photos, Apple Account details, passwords, card data, or raw purchase credentials unless you intentionally reviewed the content and received case-specific guidance.
8. Security and limits
The app validates files and results before saving, uses operating-system application storage, and fails closed when required data cannot be opened safely. No system is risk-free. Keep iOS or iPadOS updated, protect the device with a passcode, and check available storage before processing large videos.
9. Children and other people in media
MomentPick is not designed to collect child account data. If a pet video includes a person, home, or another person's private information, you are responsible for choosing, using, saving, and sharing it with the appropriate rights and care.
10. Changes and contact
